Worried friends and Napoleon Hill’s advice to be very specific with the object of your will power (in terms of the date, the amount of money etc) had me very confused. Revising and re-revising my affirmation diminished my confidence.

I remember being healed of an ailment during a satsang when I was completely oblivious of the need for healing. It was my doctor who noticed it with amazement.

The airport incident happened to me also on my first flight abroad. My luggage was overweight and I was worried about this while standing in line. To my surprise a fellow passenger offered to have it booked in his name and the airline officer suggested a fine!!

I calmly agreed to the fine and went to get some change. I left a book on the counter. It was a book written my swamiji himself with his humble picture on the front cover. When I came back, what happens? The entire 150 dollar fine was excused.

I wasn’t that lucky while coming back though, my attitude had changed I guess I had gotten carried away by all the stress abroad plus I was foreign returned now. i was angry with the officials, they threw my favourite perfume away and fined me 350 dollars

I have many friends who were inspired by movies such as “The Secret” and works by today’s writers on success principles. I know those teachings to be a good stepping stone for something higher, but I could never put into words what they were lacking in presenting their topics.

You made into words the very thoughts I was unable to convey to the people I love about the principles of magnetism (they are calling this “law of attraction”).
