Thanks for the interesting posts guys, have been following your blog for the past few months while trying to lose weight on the Cambridge diet and it’s going really well. I’ve lost about 20 pounds in the past couple of months and this website has really inspired me to keep trying. Great job.

As Always Ananta makes everything so understandable. He speaks from the heart and it is so obvious. Our church in rancho cordova has had the privilege of his talks for years. They always seemed to be just what one needed to hear at the right time. Thank you for putting his talk on the internet.
