Superconscious Living Exercises
1) Walk joyfully in place with an exaggerated marching step. Lift your knees high and swing your arms. (Do 20-30 steps). Repeat this affirmation out loud as you march:
I am awake and ready! I am awake and ready!
2) Stretch your arms out to the sides while making fists. Bring your hands to your chest, and then extend your arms straight out in front. Then stretch them up high over your head, open your hands, and rise up on your toes. Drop your arms and relax back on your heels. Repeat several times and affirm:
I am positive! (with arms to the side)
Energetic! (arms to the front)
Enthusiastic! (arms stretched up)
3) Rub your hands briskly all over your body: arms, chest, abdomen, thighs, calves,
etc—and repeatedly affirm:
Awake! Rejoice my body cells! Awake! Rejoice my body cells!
4) Briskly rap your skull all over with your knuckles and affirm repeatedly:
Be glad my brain!
Be wise and strong!
5) Now tap your body all over with your knuckles and repeatedly affirm:
I am master of my body!
I am master of myself!
